>Description:
The working principle of mining dryer:
After the wet material is added into the dryer, the material displays and disperses uniformly in the dryer by the stir of shoveling plate uniformly distributed in barrel. Then contact with the hot countercurrent air fully and speed up the heat transmission, and mass transfer. In the process of drying, the material can move to the other star-shape discharge valve end of dryer and eject the finished product by the function of tilt shoveling plate and hot air current. The mining dryer is applicable to the large particles with large specific weight in chemical engineering, mining, and metallurgy industries, such as ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphatic fertilizer, and ammonium sulfate. And it also applicable to the drying of powdery, particle material with special requirements, such as HP foaming agent, distilled grain slag, light, Calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, black lead, and decoction dregs which need low temperature drying and mass continuous drying.
